Manon, Xavier and their two sons, Tom and Max, are pleased to welcome you to their property.

the Gousset family

Manon of Dutch origin and Xavier of French (Rouen) origin, first lived together in Toulouse and then in Paris. They left the capital in 2007 to live in more tranquillity and to enjoy the countryside. La Bergerie received its first customers in July 2008 (photos of the work HERE). After several months of renovation, La Grange opened its doors in July 2009 (photos of the work HERE). The family recently took a break for 4 years in Malaga, in the south of Spain. Back since September 2020, they now take full advantage of the greenery, the seasons and French gastronomy.

Manon will be your main contact onsite. She will answer all your questions before, during and after your stay. She takes care of the cottages; from the inside (painting, decoration, etc.) as well as from the outside (painting, garden, etc.). Xavier helps with the maintenance of the garden in order to ensure it is a space of relaxation which you can fully enjoy during your stay.

They are delighted to be able to advise on good restaurants, beautiful hikes, family outings, museums, etc. this in order to ensure the guests have a very good holiday at Le Nid de Merle and for them to return to the property.
